How do I pay for my order ?

Depending on the payment method you selected during the checkout, the website will provide you complete payment instructions for the payment method you chose. The payment directions will be shown on the screen and sent to your email address
After we have received your payment you will receive a confirmation email. 

My payment is cancelled. What do I need to do?

There can be many reasons why your payment did not come through.
In case this happens you can place a new order or contact us for further help.

send us a email and explain us what went wrong so we can track your payment and make sure it will be delivered correctly.

do I need to create an account to place an order?

No you do not but a account will give you access to information regarding the orders you’ve placed.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum or maximum order quantities for any product.
You may wish to place a small order first, to check out  our service.

How can I place my order?

Ordering online at supremeroids is easy. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, just click on the “Checkout” button.  

 

 

How will I know that you have received my order?

After you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. The order will be also visible in your account page. If you do not receive a confirmation email or your order is not visible in your account page, please contact us.

Will you confirm my purchase?

After you place your order you should receive a detailed order confirmation e-mail. If you don’t receive that e-mail within a few minutes, please check your junk mail folder or spam folder. We recommend that you add [email protected] to your contact list to ensure proper e-mail delivery.

How fast will my order be processed?

We ship all orders within 2-3 days after payment have been received.

How can I check my order status?

When you log into your supremeroids account you can view any current and prior orders. Each order will include a current status.

 

How can I cancel my order?
send us a e-mail containing a cancellation request specifying the number of the order, name and shipping address is required. In case these terms are not met or customers miss the deadline they will be fully charged for the order.

 

Where is my order? I have not received it yet?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a email with the tracking number.
The tracking information will be available at the website of the shipping company given in the same email..

For international orders, please allow 3-5 business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

  

What are the available shipping options?

All packages from supremeroids will be shipped by registered mail and provided with a tracking number.

 

When will my order arrive?

Depending on the country where the package have to be shipped the delivery time will be 5-6 workdays after we have received the payment.

What if my order is confiscated/seized?

Please wait at least 1 week before contacting us about your missing order..
If the order has been detained and confiscated by customs please send a email to [email protected] and we will reship your order for free.
 

Where are your products shipped from?

All our packages will be send from western Europe.
As we ship only within Europe you wont have any problems with customs or dutys.

Will you send my package discrete?

All our packages are carefully and discretely packed, not to give any indication as to the contents inside.

If i place an order, how long does it take before I receive it?

We ship all orders within 2-3 days after funds being received. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow 1-2 days to process your payment (excluding Sundays).

 

Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?

NO we do not ship to P.O Box addresses

Do I need to sign for my package?

Yes. All of our shipments require a signature upon delivery. If you will not be home to accept the delivery of your products, consider shipping your products somewhere someone is able to sign for your package. For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your company address. If you choose this option, please include the name of your company in the address.

How do I track my shipment?

Once an order has shipped, we will update you with a tracking number within 1-2 business days.

My order has shipped and has not yet arrived, what do I do?

If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame, just contact us. We will figure out what caused the delay and get back to you asap.

   

My package is stuck and not moving any more, what do I do?

Give it 2-3 weeks before asking us to reship. Many times we have seen them suddenly move and delivered.

 

Why isn’t my tracking number working?

Depending on where you live, the shipping company may be slow at updating or it won’t update until it clears the customs in your country.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with the product or service provided, contact us by email with your order number. We will investigate and work hard to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Sometimes this can take up to 5 business days.
We only refund in exceptional cases.

Can I return package to sender?

Supremeroids does not accept any returns on ordered items.
If you received an incomplete order or if you are not satisfied with the products, contact us.

 

I missed my package delivery (nobody was home to sign for the package).

Contact the post office with your tracking number to schedule redelivery or pick up the package in person.
usually the post company will keep your package for 2-3 weeks before they return it to sender
